Therapy Tailored to Your Situation

You can expect a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to have extensive and ongoing training in assisting people experiencing stress or anxiety, depression, or communication issues with family, friends or partners. Confidentiality is strictly maintained to protect your privacy.

If you have not seen a counselor, therapist, hypnotherapist or psychotherapist before, it can be helpful to know that it quite different than visiting with a friend. A therapy session is a working environment in which we explore your essential concerns. This exploration may reveal pain, joy, gratitude and humor. It is a unique setting from which the trivial and the mundane are omitted.

After some discussion of the background of your issues, we will begin in a very curious and non-judgmental manner to explore together the different influences on your sense of wellbeing. The goal is to help you drop feelings of stress, depression, anxiety, panic and so forth while helping you achieve new levels of contentment, happiness, effectiveness and optimal attitude and mental health.

As a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or MFT, with additional certification from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, I am trained in the use of specific counseling, therapy, and hypnotherapy options to provide a healing approach to fit your situation:

A free one-half hour initial appointment is available which allows each of us to determine if we can work together and have the potential for good rapport. To inquire further contact my office at 707-237-8900 and/or send an e-mail.

I don’t treat life problems as a mental illness.
